Seasons 1 and 2 were great but then it the stories became fa-fetched (e.g. Ally busting a wedding ceremony three times)and trite (Ally's constant moping and kookiness) at the same time. Too bad. Some of the jokes were refreshingly creative.

all the best! -
I think it's time to bring back
Ally McBeal with feature movie
of "how it should of ended" Her
running off to NYC was a total
cop out. Sure the series was going
under, but, come on ... why on God's green earth couldn't she of come out of her scripted patheticlly neurotic insistent lip toying and hair play long enough to marry the John Cage's character ... ~stupid writers, stupid writers~ never give the fans what they want over what's going to keep them coming back next episode. Well it's all over, so let the fat lady sing. They blew it with bad 3rd and 4th season scripts ... time to make a movie and truly give the devoted fans what they deserve... -
